Hello, my name is Alisha Phillips. I am a Master-level Licensed Social Worker with a passion for supporting children, youth, and adolescents on their journey toward emotional wellness and personal growth. I bring several years of experience providing counseling services within school systems, where I’ve had the privilege of working closely with young individuals navigating a wide range of challenges.
My clinical experience includes working with children and teens dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. I take a compassionate, strengths-based approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are and empowering them with the tools they need to thrive both emotionally and mentally. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where youth feel seen, heard, and understood.
Whether it's helping a child manage overwhelming emotions, supporting a teen through a difficult life transition, or partnering with families to create lasting change, I am committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients I serve.

Hey there!
I’m Amiesha (Miesha), I am a Licensed Social Worker. I hold a Master’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Christian Counseling. I’m also a wife, mother of two, and proud grandmother. My life roles have deeply shaped the way I show up for my clients—with compassion, understanding, and real-world perspective.
Much of what I bring into the therapy space is grounded in both my clinical training and lived experience. I believe healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment.
I work with individuals ages 18 and up who are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and spiritual concerns. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps clients process and heal from trauma, distressing experiences, and deeply rooted patterns.
My approach is strength-based and collaborative. I work alongside my clients to help them build insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward lasting change.
I truly believe that growth is possible for everyone. Life can be unpredictable, and at times overwhelming, but with the right support, healing and transformation can happen. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to move forward.

Hi, I'm Samirah, and I'm so glad you're here.
Since I was young, I’ve felt a deep calling to support others and help them navigate life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. That passion inspired me to pursue a career in social work, and for roughly 6 years, I have had the honor of walking alongside individuals as they work toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
I am a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Ohio. I’ve obtained experience in working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, substance use concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem difficulties, and behavioral concerns.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, drawing from evidence-based practices. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a genuine partnership—one where you feel heard, respected, supported, and empowered. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where we can explore challenges together, celebrate progress, and build the tools needed to move forward with confidence.
Together, we can identify your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward the goals that matter most to you. No matter where you are in your journey, you don’t have to face it alone.
